Industrial & Forklift Tyre Fitting

Big Tyres work alongside industry leading industrial tyre fitters to ensure your pneumatic or solid forklift tyres get fitted safely and quickly. The majority of England, Wales and Scotland are covered by this service and we are able to offer fitting option on most standard Industrial and Forklift Truck machinery.

If you are buying your forklift tyres from us and need fitting please tell us at the time of ordering to ensure you get our best fitting rates. After you have ordered your industrial tyres and fitting with us a professional fitter will then bring your new tyres to site within 2-4 working days (as standard), and fit them using specialist machinery.

There is a site call out fee to pay, then a fitting fee for each tyre fitted, and an optional disposal fee (or your old tyres can be left on site to avoid this fee). The fitting costs vary by tyre size and type and for the most part are shown against shown against each tyre listed on our website. For solid tyres with rim diameters over 16", and for some other exceptionally wide or heavy tyres, the listing will request you contact us to provide you with a bespoke quote. This is because the tyres may be required to be collected from your site and fitted at the nearest depot using a larger static press. This can result in muliple call out charges applying to your order. Please also note some more remote parts of Scotland may be required to pay a slightly higher site call out fee to cover additional travel time. Please note that a failed callout fee of £60 + VAT will be charged if the fitters are unable to complete the work through fault of the customer (i.e. incorrect tyre size has been ordered, vehicles wheel rims are unsafe or perished, no-one is on site when they arrive).

Our standard fitting time slots are Monday to Friday between 8:30am to 17:30pm.
