Delivery Shortages
It is the customers responsibility to inspect goods upon delivery to ensure that all pieces are present and correct. Any missing or incorrect items should be reported immediately to the courier and to ourselves. If you are missing items or have received incorrect goods please contact us.
If goods are missing from your delivery then you must advise the courier at the time of delivery and ensure that the courier records it on their delivery confirmation slip. Next you must advise Big Tyres in writting immediately (within 2 working days at miminum) of the missing items by using the form below. Once reported we will investigate the claim and ensure the missing goods are located within the courier network and re-delivered, or replacement items dispatched should they be unable to be located. Please note that failure to notify couriers / ourselves of missing items at the time of delivery could result in a claim for shortages being rejected.
If you have instead received incorrect goods then this is likely either a picking error at the warehouse, or there has been confusion surrounding your order. In either instance please contact us in writting using the form below and we can then work to collect and replace the items as appropriate. To aid our investigation and understanding of the issues we would request that you email pictures of the incorrectly received items to our sales team after you have submitted the below contact form. This can vastly increase our abilty to trouble shoot the problem and to provide a timely resolution.
