The Bridgestone Battlecross X40 tyre is optimized for hard terrain like rocks or blasting through hard-packed trails or clay race tracks, the Bridgestone Battlecross X40 off-road tyre is the ideal choice for riders in intermediate to hard terrains. Bridgestone's convex 'Castle Block' technology on the rear extends all the way across the tyre. Essentially, secondary raised lugs atop the primary lug, Castle Block technology gives more surface area and more 'bite' for enhanced traction in hard-packed environments, both under braking and acceleration. The Bridgestone Battlecross X40 also features Cooling Fins built into the sidewall of the tyre to better dissipate heat which provides more consistent tyre performance.
